* Digital Marketing: Implement and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic to our hospital website and social media platforms.
* Home Care Services: Promote Morya Hospital’s home care services to local residential societies. This will involve scheduling meetings with society managers, organizing informational events, and developing marketing materials.
* Health Check-Up Camps: Organize and manage health check-up camps in various communities to attract potential patients and showcase our expertise.
* Continuing Medical Education (CME): Arrange CMEs for doctors, collaborating with medical representatives to provide valuable educational opportunities and further strengthen relationships within the medical community.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a relevant field
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in MS Office Suite and social media platforms
* A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

* Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training development, and performance management.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Process payroll and ensure timely employee compensation.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
* Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.

Hospital Operations and Administration

* Assist with administrative tasks to ensure efficient hospital operations.

Insurance Management:
